What to expect from CWSC 2023

CWSC, now in its 12th year, is approaching, offering a diverse program starting on May 8 with the Flexwork Academy. The event features keynote talks, two tracks, and Valencian traditions like paella lunch. With an average of 200 attendees and 80% of content in English, the community is welcoming, boasting notable aspects like a gender policy, a harassment panel, and being the first to introduce a coliving track. Content for 2023 spans real estate insights, reconversion of shopping centers, management contracts, perspectives on smaller spaces, coworking in Chile, rural coworking spaces, and a mini track on coliving. Notable speakers include industry leaders, covering a range of topics, making CWSC a unique and accessible environment for learning, sharing experiences, and making connections in Valencia.
